Roller Derby Art on Flickr

Not being a part of the actual Barrelhouse team, I'm not sure exactly what kind of research they did for the new roller derby inspired issue, although I'm sure the amount was directly related to the amount of free WiFi available in their local watering holes. While doing my own research in preparation for reading this issue, I ran across this Flickr pool of roller derby art, consisting of promo posters for individual matches. Many of the posters look like those promoting concerts, while others resemble movie posters or the Saturday Evening Post. Definitely worth checking out, and a good warmup while you're waiting for Issue Six to arrive in the mail.
