I know we're all supposed to be colorblind in this presidential election, but am I the only one who thinks it will be cool to see Ole Miss give a standing ovation (presumably) to a black man who didn't just rock a guitar solo or dive into the endzone for a game-winning touchdown?
Though I also have to say, as happy as I am that John McCain was able to single-handedly save the economy in time to catch a flight to Oxford, I was sort of looking forward to the absurdist theater of Senator Obama debating an empty (rocking?) chair.
