Barrelhouse Issue 5 contributor Terrance Hayes will be reading at the Folger Shakespeare Library tonight as part of State of the Union: 50 Political Poems, a new anthology from our friends over at Wave. Nick Flynn, Terrance Hayes, Eileen Myles, and Edwin Torres read their contributions to the collection along with the works of other poets.
Conversation moderated by Matthew Zapruder, poet and Wave Books editor. A wine reception with book sale and signing will follow the reading.
