Issue 5 contributor Nick Courtright has been getting ink all over the place of late. On August 3rd, his poem "Elegy for the Builder's Wife" was the official poem of the day on Verse Daily. You can also find his new work in New Orleans Review and the Kenyon Review.
I also just got a note from a reader who said, "In Issue Number Five, I liked [Ada] Limon's and [Nick] Courtright's poetry. They have the ability to draw a reader into a conversation through an almost narrative use of imagery. And [Courtright's] 'Don't Worry, This Is Just the Beginning' is simply sick."
That's right. Nick's poem are sick. They are so awesome you might puke. Like roller coasters and beer, the same model of awesomeness applies here.
